September 10th, 1993 - This was the date I announced Friday Night Dances would becoma a weekly dance. Prior to that I would hold the dances on weekends I wasn't competing or hired to work events. BY this time there were several instructors & dj's in the area available to keep the dance going when I was out of town.
We started at the Polish Home in Enfield, CT ... then the Knights of Columbus for weekly dances and the Elks lodge for the larger weekend events. Later moved to Gemini's Cafe in Simsbury, and finally, in October 2003 I moved the dances to the Polish Home in Windsor Locks, where we have stayed for the last 20 years.
Yea ... I did hold a few dances ant the K ofC in Windsor Locks, The AMVETS in Enfield, Mount Carmel in Enfield and a few other halls ... but for the most part the Polish Home in Windsor locks has been our home for 20 years as of October 3, 2003.
There will be 2 Workshops & Dance Friday Night & 4 Workshops & Dance Saturday
